Thought Famine

So I have noticed that my blog is not receiving the love, care, and affection that it should receive from me, the owner. This is for many reasons, but the one I will choose to use is what I like to call "thought famine".

Now for any of you who may have read some of my stuff before (I really don't think anyone does anymore) knows that my blogs tend to be on the more thoughtful side of things, although I will tell a story from time to time. Now lately my thoughts have been few and stories are hard to come by. It is almost as if this "great recession" has taken its toll not only on wallets, but also on the thoughts and lives of many poor innocent people...including, and possibly limited to me.

Anyway, the whole point of this pointless post is to just make myself feel better about my blog treatment. For this poor, forlorned blog has been left out in the dead of winter on a bone numbing Antartica night before, and I just don't have the heart to leave it out like that again... So now, instead of writing something meaningful, I write these pointless words that will be read by very few while trying to come up with a thought to share or a story to tell.

So far nothing has come to mind. This is not only blatantly obvious, but also not uncommon at all. Yes, I am a deep thinker...at times, but those times seem to be harder and harder to come by lately.

Well then...now that I am out of pointless things to say, and seeing as I can't come up with anything to talk about I am going to end this post here and now.

So goodnight or good evening or good afternoon or good morning or good day, and may you fare well throughout this day,
Me

It's called "writer's block" and it happens to the best of us, hun. Temporary, though. Keep reading, and your writing will return.

Love ya -
