Have you ever...?

Have you ever watched the trees as the wind swayed them? As if they were dancing to the sound of unheard music. Or have your eyes ever beheld the majesty that is the stars? Have you ever watched lightning as it strikes in the clouds and sends a glorious flash across the earth? As if God was taking a picture of His creation. Or have you ever observed lightning as it struck the earth in all its deadly beauty and wondered how something so beautiful could be so deadly? Have you ever appreciated the deep green of the grass in the summer or the crimson red of the leaves in the fall? Have you ever stood in awe at the sight of snow-capped mountain? And has the beauty of its snowy cap ever taken your breath away?

Have you ever enjoyed the warmth of the sun or the coolness of the wind? Have you ever lain under the shade of a tree on a beautiful summer day and just enjoyed natures beauty? Have you ever heard the mournful howl of a dog at night or the cheerful chirp of the crickets? Have you ever seen the deep blue oceans and felt the refreshing coolness of their waters?

Have you ever been in the big city and survived man's jungle? Have you ever been in nature and survived God's jungle?

Surely you have done most or all of these things but have you really ever DONE these things? When you see a tree swaying in the wind do you think about it's beauty? Or when you see a mountains snow-capped peak are you amazed? Or are you 'too busy' to notice?

Life is short,, my friends. Enjoy the world and its beauty. You only live once, so slow down. Live, laugh, love, and enjoy.You will find that there is more beauty in this world than meets the eye.
